We love to see our Svanefors products styled in your homes all around the world. That is why we sometimes ask for permission to share these inspiring images and videos in our channels. We can publish the material in our social media, on our website, in printed marketing material (eg catalogs) and in email marketing, but of course always with your Instagram account as reference.

By responding to our comment and using hashtag #MySvanefors, you agree to the following:

You grant Svanefors Of Sweden AB (and hereinafter “Svanefors”) a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free, global license without number limitation to use any images/videos (hereinafter “content”) for which you have tagged #MySvanefors, for our marketing activities (including our e-commerce, catalog, newsletter/email and in our social media accounts). Svanefors does not claim ownership of the content.

You hereby certify and assure that (i) you own all rights to your content, (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your content, for participation in marketing for Svanefors, (iii) Svanefors’ use of the content will not violate the rights of any third party or any law.

You hereby agree to defend and indemnify Svanefors and all persons acting on behalf of Svanefors, against all costs, expenses and losses incurred from any claim or demand, made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of content, and from the violation of any rights of another person or entity, and/or violation of any applicable laws and regulations. You shall be solely responsible for any damages resulting from any such violation, copyright infringement, regardless of whether the content has been published and/or removed from our website, catalog, our social media and in e-mail marketing.

Swedish law governs these terms and conditions, where competent courts in Borås, Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of them.
