Terms and conditions for Svanefors of Sweden AB
The following general terms and conditions of purchase (“terms”) apply when ordering goods at svanefors.se (the “website”). Svanefors is the selling party and offers products in soft interior. As a customer, you can choose to order goods at home via the website. Orders placed on the website can be delivered to a delivery point.
By completing your order on this website, you accept our terms of purchase, an approval that makes your order binding. You also confirm that the information entered is correct. You as a customer are responsible for incorrect information.
PR home reserves the right to change these terms at any time and therefore we recommend that you as a customer always read the general terms of purchase before a purchase.
The terms only apply to sales to private individuals over the age of 18 who are resident in Sweden. Orders for credit purchases to persons under the age of 18 are not executed in accordance with Swedish law.
We reserve the right to make unpredictable events that could cause possible final sales, inventory differences, delivery delays, price adjustments and technical errors. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make any errors in the image, text and/or price marking.
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout.
By leaving information at the checkout, you accept Klarna’s terms. By clicking on “Complete purchase” you accept our terms.
Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to provide to achieve identification may vary between different purchases and customers. No credit information is ever taken directly in Klarna Checkout, but if necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness and can not be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks.
After you have been identified, Klarna Checkout shows which options are available to you. Invoice is pre-selected as a payment option, but you can of course freely choose one of the other options, such as direct payment via bank or payment by card. 3. Order confirmation and delivery notification
After ordering on the website, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the specified email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation or have other questions, please contact our customer service. Please note that order confirmation is only information that we start processing your order. We will send you a delivery notification by email as soon as the order has been packed and sent.
If an item has run out of stock, you will receive information about this before any delivery will take place. If desired, the amount for the missing item is paid automatically via Klarna.
You will also receive a separate receipt from Klarna sent to your e-mail, which you will also use in the event of a return. Be sure to save the receipt from Klarna and the order summary from Svanefors.
4. Order, shipping and delivery
Delivery takes place in accordance with the selected delivery alternative at checkout. We currently offer delivery to agents and home delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse to process orders in case of suspicion of fraud. All attempted fraud will be reported to the police.
Checkout shows available shipping options based on which zip code the order is to be delivered to. Cost for shipping and delivery time are presented at checkout at each available delivery option. In the delivery notification that is sent to you via e-mail, there is a tracking link which can be used to search for the package on the carrier’s website, you can also download the app “My Packages”, where you can track packages from us and from hundreds of other e-mails. traders in one and the same app. Upon delivery of the order to the delivery point, you will be notified via SMS to the mobile number specified when completing the purchase.
Collection of packages from agents takes place in accordance with the chosen forwarder’s conditions, normally you send the consignment ID and present identification to collect a package. Representatives show both valid IDs.
If the consignment you are to pick up is damaged, you must not receive the package but report it to the delivery point.
4.2. Delay and partial delivery
We do our best for you as a customer to receive your order as soon as possible, but we reserve the right that the delivery time may vary due to high order pressure and in circumstances over which we have no control. Svanefors does not apply partial deliveries. If for some reason we can not send all items in your order, we will inform you about this as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the current amount of the item (s) using the same payment method you used when you placed your order.
4.3. Unredeemed package
Your package remains for 14 days at the selected carrier’s delivery point from the date you are notified that your package is available for collection. If you do not redeem the package after 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse. For packages that are not picked up, Svanefors reserves the right to charge you SEK 185 for return shipping and handling costs.
When ordering via the website, the website’s stated prices apply. All prices on the website are stated include applicable VAT, which is currently 25%. Shipping fee will be added to the order accordance with our shipping terms.
We reserve the right to make any errors in the image, text and / or price marking that may occur.
4.5. Age limit
Sales are only made to private individuals over 18 years of age. Orders for credit purchases to persons under the age of 18 are not executed in accordance with Swedish law.
5. Right of withdrawal, return and exchange
In accordance with the Act (2005: 59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises (the “Act on Distance Contracts”), you as a customer always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing on the Internet. The withdrawal period starts from the day you pick up the item or receive it. With us at Svanefors, you have a full right of return and exchange (“Open purchase”) for 14 days. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, in salable condition, with all labels and any seal left on the item. Since we have an open purchase for 14 days, you do not need to fill in the Consumer Agency’s form if you want to make a return.
If you want to return one or more items to our warehouse, it is free of charge when handing in directly to the warehouse on Vevgatan 1 (see opening hours). Your package includes a delivery note, return shipping note and a return note to be used for returns. The return slip states the reason for the return and which goods are to be sent back, the return slip must be attached to the return package. Upon return, it is you as a customer who has the financial responsibility for the return to Svanefors’s warehouse. The prepaid return shipping note is attached to the outside of your package and then handed in to the nearest agent. Save the submission receipt from the agent until we have received and registered your return.
See below return shipping fees. In the event of a return only the return shipping fee will be charged, this amount is automatically deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. The first basic shipping fee will not be charged.

Upon return to our warehouse, a refund of the return takes place as soon as the return is received and checked. If you have paid by card, the money for the return is paid back into the card. If you pay with an invoice, the amount for the return is adjusted and you will find the updated invoice at www.klarna.se. More information about repayment from Klarna can be found here. You only pay for the goods you keep. If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you log in to www.klarna.com yourself and extend the invoice’s payment period so that the return can be registered. As a consumer, you have a 3-year right to make a complaint according to law. If you have purchased a product from PR Home’s online store and discovered that it is faulty, defective or damaged during transport, you as a customer are asked to immediately complain about the product. If the consignment you are to pick up is damaged, you must not receive the package but report it to the delivery point. Two months is considered a reasonable time for a complaint about the product after the discovery of damage / defect.

In the event of a complaint request to our warehouse, we ask you to first contact customer service and state the order number for the item you want to complain about. Feel free to attach pictures of the damage / defect for faster handling. In the event of an approved complaint, the product must always be returned to our warehouse. There is always free return shipping for approved complaints. Your package includes a delivery note, return shipping note and a return note to be used in the event of a complaint.
When the complained product has been returned and inspected, you as a customer will be compensated in accordance with the applicable consumer protection law. Svanefors reserves the right to refuse a complaint if the product does not prove to be defective in accordance with current consumer protection law. We follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations. As a consumer, you can also complain via the EU’s online dispute resolution platform.

Damages caused by the user, lack of care, incorrect handling or normal wear and tear are not included in the right of complaint.
We reserve the right to make unpredictable events that could cause possible final sales, inventory differences, delivery delays, price adjustments and technical errors. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make any errors in the image, text and / or price marking. In the event of incorrect price marking in your delivery, the corrected price communicated by Svanefors applies to the purchase.
In case of force majeure, our obligations are postponed. Examples of force majeure can be strikes, illness of staff, transport disruptions, import / export bans, regardless of whether this occurs with us as a company or with our suppliers / partners. If force majeure prevails for more than two months, the customer as well as us have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.
9. Handling of product material
9.1. CE products
The CE marking is an important part of EU product legislation and includes e.g. construction products, electrical products, machinery, toys and personal protective equipment. The CE marking means that the product meets the EU’s and Sweden’s health, environment and safety requirements. It has nothing to do with the choice of product quality or performance. The CE mark guarantees that the product is safe enough to be sold in Sweden and the rest of the EU.
10. Personal information
Svanefors is responsible in its capacity as personal data controller for the personal data that you provide to us in connection with purchases. The personal information that has been provided to PR Home at the time of purchase is used for signing and implementing delivery agreements, to maintain our customer relationship and for marketing activities carried out by Svanefors.
A cookie is data sent from a website and stored locally in the visitor’s browser while it is visiting a website. When the visitor visits the same website again, data stored in the cookie can be retrieved and notify the website of the visitor’s previous activities.
