Choose double curtains

You put the curtains with a curtain rail in the ceiling and let the curtain run across the entire width of the wall. This creates an incredibly nice and cozy feeling in your bedroom.

Use different types of curtain materials

To create that lovely and luxurious hotel feeling with the help of curtains, you also need to think about the types of materials you use. Linen and velvet are usually very suitable for trying to create this type of feeling in a room. You can choose to put a sheer thin linen curtain closest to the window, while the curtain closest to the room can be a darker woven linen curtain. You may mix different types of materials on your curtains, depending on your taste. But keep in mind that the curtain closest to the room should be a curtain with a certain type of weight in it, for example a velvet curtain.
